Our history starts in 2012, the beginning of the cooperation between two project offices that in that time already shared one essence and one passion in complex challenges and a way to solve them using the technology in the most useful, safer, accessible and functional way in agribusiness and in the heavy logistics.

In 2016, with a satisfactory response from the customers, both offices fused and so Neokohm Inteligência Eletrônica began. The aim was to elevate the human potential with the technology and glimpse a new horizon in the market. In that way the passion in the work and the essence in the founders and the collaborators multiplied.

This new horizon allowed us to intensify the innovation that is impregnated in our DNA, and by that allowing our customers to generate more value and profit. The result from our relations with our customers can be seen by the growing recognition both nacional and mundial, by our solutions and disruptive actions.

In 2020, we changed our name to Neokohm Telematics Intelligence to aim for higher grounds so we can help customers from all over the world with our solutions in telematics intelligence and remote connectivity, plus the intelligence to shape raw data into useful information.

At Neokohm, we seek to contribute daily so we can change the word to a better version of it, better than when we started in it. 1 - Objective:

The main purpose of this document is set and establish rules about the obtaining, use and storage of data and information gathered and the visitors activities record in Neokohm site. The privacy policies in Neokohm site, under the fantasy name “Neokohm Sistemas Eletrônicos LTDA” CNPJ: 28.057.739/0001-59, has a foundation the commitment with transparency with the USERS and PARTNERS about the use of the site.

2 – Definitions:

2.1 To privacy politics ends, these following definitions are applied:
Cookies: Files send by the server to the visitor PC’s, with the objective to identify the PC and obtain access data, like browsing history and clicked links, so then the experience can be customized for every customer.
IP: Abbreviation of Internet Protocol. It is a number sequence used to identify the computers.
Logs: Activity registry of the visitors in the Portal.
Portal: Design the internet site hosted in www.neokohm.com and its subdomains.
Visitors: People that access or interact with the Portal.
Web Beacon: HTML coding that have the finality to obtain the visitor browsing details, it can be used to see the time a visitor stayed with a site open, what the visitor open next…

3.1 When visiting the platform, it can be obtained data and information from the interaction between the user and the website. As an example, when the user voluntarily gives infos during the formulary filling and sending or when you create a login.

4.4 The data and information stored by Neokohm can be only shared with website hosting companies such as Elo Ideias, whose platform is used to host the website.

5. Data and information usage:

5.1 The data and information collected can only be used to:
Answer questions about the company products and services;
To enter in contact to discuss about budget or associate subject;
To analyse statistics about the website access(only the IP and the location, without the pessoal identification);
Compliance with legal or judicial requirements;

5.2 The database generated by Neokohm through the website will not be shared, sold, given in, transferred or rented, expect judicial cases.

5.3 The data acquired will only be accessed by Neokohm professionals, with authorization, respecting the items above, the relevance to the website objective and the visitor's interests as well as his privacy.

5.4 The pessoal data is stored by Neokohm by its purpose that justifies its processing. Geral reule, Neokohm will not keep pessoal data after the motives for it usage cease to exist and if its retention was imposed by law. If the visitor cease to use Neokohm services, its possible, for auditing purpose and the preservation of rights, to maintain the data registry and visitor information, by a time of 5 year maximum, with the obligation to delete or anonymize the data, so it can not be associated with their owner.

6. Activities registry:

6.1 Neokohm will register every activity done by the visitors in the website, using logs, including:
-IP address;
-Visitors actions on the website;
- Accessed pages on the website;
- Date and time of every action and login in the website;
- Information about the device used to access the website, like: Type of dispositive, Operating system, browser, etc;

6.2 The records mentioned in 6.1 can be used by Neokohm in fraud investigation cases or in undo changes in the system or the records.

7. Cookies and other data obtaining technologies:

7.1 The website can use cookies, the visitor can set the use in the browser, if want to block it. In that assumption some features in the website will be limited.

7.2 The website can use web beacons to collect behavior data from the visitors, where the installation of archives is not necessary.
